Robin focuses on the defensive tier of the financial pyramid

The defensive tier is the widest and it lays the foundation while you build your financial house. The defensive portfolio should consist of insurance protections that give you security and significant leveraging power to counteract any negative financial event.

Robin's philosophy grew out of a life lesson.

Robin Harris was born in Brooklyn, New York, but raised in New London, Connecticut. Her step-father that raised her from age 5 was a draftsman for General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division. He started there as an apprentice at age 18 and looked to retire there in his older years just like his father. Unfortunately, Robin's dad died from a genetic disease at age 43. This left her mother to raise a young child (Robin's brother) and go look for a job immediately. She was a homemaker with no skills that would give her a high paying job. Her dad only had $10,000 of life insurance with his employment, a minor pension built up and of course social security would go to his school age son. This was a devastating way to learn life's financial rules.

Robin learned to "always" have a defensive financial portfolio in place. She says "even if you can only afford some, something is better than nothing".

What some of Robin's clients have said.

Robin is an excellent business woman. She calls you back and helps you. She gives you hope when she develops a strategy for your family.  - I. Igbinoba

There is an old saying that you never want to be stuck sitting next to an insurance agent on a plane. That hasn't been my experience with Robin. It's been great working with her.
